TMF e.V. bodies

The activities of the members are a decisive factor contributing to the success of the TMF. The Meeting of Members is the central decision-making body. It meets at least once a year, passes resolutions to amend the Articles of Association, approves the annual report and budget, and discharges the Board of Directors.  

The Board of Directors is the executive body of the TMF and represents the network in public. The Board of Directors consults with the Council of Funding Organizations on all strategic issues. Among other things, the latter body also ensures that the resources provided by the members are put to proper use. The Advisory Board, made up of high-ranking members, guarantees an exchange between the TMF and the relevant bodies and institutions on telematics in the healthcare system.
