According to the TMF travel policy, costs up to €84 are reimbursable. If hotel contingents are available for events, these will be communicated with the invitations.

Please note that a city tax has been introduced in Berlin, which will be charged with the hotel booking.

Please refer to our current TMF travel policy, which we usually send along with the invitations to our events. Price increases and room shortages may occur during trade fair periods. We recommend booking as early as possible.
