AKEK Forum 'One Study – One Vote'
Event of the Working Group of Medical Research Ethics Committees
The AKEK Forum on the 'One Study – One Vote' procedure will take place online on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (CEST). The event is aimed at physician researchers and other academic applicants and offers an opportunity to learn more about the procedure, ask questions, and exchange practical experiences.
The 'One Study – One Vote' procedure is now well established throughout Germany. Nearly all ethics committees have meanwhile met the legal requirements for participation. However, practical implementation continues to raise questions regarding the conduct of the procedure, the guidance document, and special cases. During the AKEK Forum, these topics will be explained from a practical perspective and discussed jointly with participants.
